XMAS in FLORIDA. Cozy Kissimmee stay, close to Disney fun. RESORT FUN. Both outdoor pools are family-friendly- neither is deeper than 5 feet, and there's also a children's playground on site to keep kids entertained. Parents and grandparents frequently praise our activities center as a welcome break between theme park visits. Here, daily activities keep kids from toddlers to teenagers entertained, plus we have pool tots, arcade, fitness center, video games and a big screen TV. Our complimentary popcorn and hot coffee will do wonders for your energy level after a full day in the parks. All amenities and activities are in walking distance of every unit. You maybe asked to take a tour of the resort to purchase a timeshare. You do NOT HAVE TO ATTEND, but will be given a large gift if you do.  Daily round-trip from activity center on resort to Walt Disney World, Seaworld, and Universal for nominal fee. Short walk to several well-known restaurants. WYNDHAM resorts are always top notch.
You will be given a reservation contract upon payment which will be confirmed with a call to Wyndham Cypress Palms. Additional information (name of person checking in, address, email address, telephone number) must be presented for Wyndham to honor reservation. You will be given the contract by email from me right after payment is made. I have sold numerous Wyndham vacations in the past as a GOLD STAR owner of Wyndham.
