Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 10 a.m.  You are welcome to arrive earlier to do a pre-check in and resort amenities are available all day the day of check in and the day of check out. For early or late departures, the resort can store your luggage securely.
The resort will require a credit card at check-in. It is used as a security deposit hold of 0-0 and is released at check out.
Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.
No Timeshare Tour is Required. At Check-In, you will probably be asked if you would like to attend one. This is entirely up to you. It is not a requirement for making this reservation.

This is not a business.  This is our personal Wyndham timeshare.  My family and I have been Wyndham owners for many years.  We have enjoyed many years of memories with our kids traveling to most of the Wyndham resorts.  Every year we rent out some reservations to help offset our maintenance fees and give others a great deal at awesome resorts to make memories with there loved ones.  We have received many emails from people who have rented from us telling us how much they have enjoyed the resorts and how it was just what they needed for them and their family for many reasons.  It is truly a win-win.
