Unit Description: This unit includes whirlpool tub, living room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, and balcony/deck.  Approximately 500 sq ft. total space.
This vacation condominium package includes the timeshare condominium unit for the designated dates described above. The purchaser is responsible for all other food, accommodations, entertainment and transportation to and from the unit separately and apart from this transaction.  By payment of this rental, the purchaser agrees to be responsible to the resort and to the owner/renter for any fees incurred during the stay and for any damages to the resort caused by the purchaser or members of his/her party, and agrees to hold harmless the owner/renter for any liability.
At check-in, a Photo ID and a credit card on file is required for any personal expenses incurred. Person whose name is one the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
