Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

fees payable to the resort for incidentals, and other optional
purchases you make.  Th
ere is free self parking available
on site.

Shipping & handling are free.  Delivery of the Guest Confirmation is via email, so no shipping
& handling fees are necessary.

Please make your payment via PayPal at the time of purchase.  If payment is not
made with 24 hours, the transaction may be cancelled at seller's discretion, and you could lose the
reservation.  Once payment is made, email me via Ebay with the following
information that I will need to obtain your Guest Confirmation. This information is normally included with your PayPal purchase.
1.
Name of the person to be listed as the registered guest.  That person must
be 21 years of age and be present at check-in.
2.
We provide the first guest confirmation at no charge to you.
3.
Mailing address, a non-Ebay email address, and phone number.
4.
I will register you as my guest and request the Guest Confirmation in the
name that you provide.

You do not need to arrive on the first night of your stay.  However,
call the front desk to be sure they will not cancel your reservation.

If you don't arrive, there will not be any refund or additional days
added for unused days or nights.

Reservation dates are fixed and cannot be changed.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.   For late arrivals, please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
o
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.; there is a late check-out fee assessed
for any guests checking out past the deadline.
o
Check-in desk is open 24 hrs.
o
The person listed on the Guest Confirmation must be present at check-in.
o
The guest confirmation must be presented at check-in.
o
Must show photo I.D. & leave credit card number for incidental
charges & security/key deposit.  A refundable 0 credit card deposit is
required upon check-in.
o
No smoking is allowed on the resort property.
o
No pets are allowed (other than service dogs).  Front desk will assist in
finding a boarding facility; call ahead.

NO TIMESHARE TOUR IS REQUIRED.

You are my guest, and you are NOT required to attend a timeshare tour unless you want to.

They will offer you the chance to tour in return for some sort of gift.

To accept responsibility for all damages & pilfering and to hold the
seller harmless from any financial responsibilities.

All guests shall abide by all policies set by the management of the resort.

All guests personal property kept in the unit shall be and remain at
his/her sole risk and seller shall not be liable for any damages to, or
loss of such property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other
persons, nor from any problems with the rental unit from any other
cause whatsoever, or be liable for any injury to the registered guest
nor any other person in or about the premises.  Registered guest
expressly agrees to save seller harmless from all liabilities.
