About the seller.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the top level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally we are not able to use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. This helps us recover some of our costs, so it is a win-win for both of us.
Helpful Hints.
1. You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to bid. AND you do not have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
2. Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction. If you don't arrive, it will sit empty. However, there will not be any nights added to your stay for any unused nights, and no refunds.
3. The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4. The resort strictly enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is 4:00 pm daily; check-out time is 10:00 am. The check-in desk is open 24 hours per day. There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.

I am a Wyndham Platinum Resort Owner. This resort is a Wyndham Resorts property. I have used my Wyndham ownership rights to make these reservations. As such I have paid for and have reserved these accommodations for the period stated in this description. The winner of this auction will be named as my guest with Wyndham Resorts and enjoy all rights to these accommodations.
My family has personally been to this resort twice and it is just beautiful.I place some of my properties as rentals on e-bay to help defray some of my maintenance fees.
This is a win- win situation for both of us. The auction winner gets a 7 night/ 8 days vacation at a WYNDHAM RESORT PROPERTY without being an owner and paying any additional Fees.
No timeshare presentation is required.

A guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in at this resort. NO Pets. While a credit card impression will be taken at check-in for incidentals, there is no additional cost to the successful bidder, outside any damages or, for example, activity center fees, LD calls, restaurant charges, etc. Local and Toll Free calls are free. This resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and the buildings as of 1/1/08. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the beginning date listed; check-out is 10:00 a.m. on the ending date listed.
Guest confirmations and all needed documentation and directions will be e-mailed within a 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE
Please make your payment at the time of purchase. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and you will lose the reservation.
GUEST NAME FOR THE RESERVATION
We will need the Guest Name for this reservation at the time of purchase. Only one name can be put on the reservation and that must be the name of the person who will actually be checking-in. The person checking in must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo ID and have a major credit card. Please include the Guest Name in the note section of your PayPal payment. Once a Guest Name has been added, any name change will cost an additional 9.00
The resort is very strict about the name on the reservation. Only the person whose name is on the reservation can check in, everyone else must wait. Therefore it is very important to choose the Guest Name carefully. The only time there can be more than one person on a reservation, is if there are two adults with the same last name. If this is the case, please give us both names and then either one can check in.
The resort will not allow you to use the same name on more than one unit during the same time period. This is true even if you book one unit through us and one unit through someone else. Also, the resort does not allow overlapping reservations in the same name. If you do either of these things, the resort will charge you 9.00 to change one of the names or they may even cancel one of your reservations. So please be careful.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS
Confirmations are sent to you by Email.You should print the confirmation to take with you to the resort for check in.
NO TIMESHARE TOUR IS REQUIRED
This is a timeshare unit. No timeshare tour is required. During the check-in procedure, they will probably ask if you want to attend a timeshare tour. All you need to do is tell them no and they will not bother you again. We have had many people ask about this before they go and this is what we have told them. We have not had anyone complain afterwards.
TERMS OF SALE
Please ignore "the pick-up only" above. We are internet friendly. We do everything by email and telephone.
CANCELLATIONS
After you have paid, a name is put for you on the reservation. At this point, the reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable. We do not provide cancellation insurance. You should buy it if you feel you may need it. I do not have any recommendations on where to buy this insurance.
If a situation happens after a name is put on the reservation, you reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
There are no refunds.

We continually update and verify the information, but cannot guarantee its accuracy.Your bid on this condo is the complete total of what you have to pay, other than normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees. Be sure to check these extras if you are comparing to a hotel room; they can add 8 to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay. I will pay the fee for your guest confirmation with Wyndham Resorts. This condo is currently reserved in my name. I will then make arrangements with Wyndham to get a guest certificate in your name. The registered guest must be present at check-in, you must bring this certificate with you at check-in and, you must be 25 years of age or older in order to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced. You will need a photo id, and a credit card for incidental room charges.
