I have a 1 bedroom DELUXE unit strict maximum occupancy of four available for 4 nights. The reservations for owners are made 13 months in advance and are all reserved in approx. 20 minutes. Check in is at 4:00 PM on August 26th, 2021 and check out is at 10:00 AM on August 30, 2021. This is a non smoking resort. Please contact resort for details. This an ocean front resort, however this resort reserves the right to delegate the room view upon check in. It is walking distance from food and shopping. A credit card will be necessary upon check in and the guest must be 21 years of age. Once the payment is received and the room has been reserved in your name, there will be no refund. I require a name and address for the person(s) who will occupy the room for your personal confirmation which is mandatory for your check in. If you need to change the name on the confirmation after I have made the reservation, there will be a 5.00 change fee. This will be a final transaction. No refunds or returns.
