At time of purchase, I MUST HAVE a name, address (no PO Boxes) and phone number to put on the reservation.  If the name and address is not received at the time of purchase, I will add the name and address from the PayPal receipt to the reservation.  Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional guest fee.
The original prepaid guest fee cannot be refunded.
Reservations cannot be cancelled within 15 days of the check in date unless you pay for reservation protection at time of purchase.
You must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.

The winning bid is all you pay to seller.
Ebay is now adding sales tax on internet purchases in most states.
If you do drive, the resort does not provide free onsite parking. Valet service is offered by LAZ Parking, and the
fee is per day
, per vehicle. This does allow for unlimited in and out privileges. Please note that parking is limited, therefore, in our 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Deluxe and 2 Bedroom Presidential, 1 space is available.for our 3 and 4 Bedroom Presidential, 2 spaces are available.
You need to have a major credit card to check in
(0 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out)
, but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.
When the ebay auction is complete and payment is received, I will put your name on the reservation with Wyndham and email a copy of the confirmation to you. If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.  You are not required to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.
