At time of purchase, I MUST HAVE a name, address (no PO Boxes) and phone number to put on the reservation.  If the name and address is not received at the time of purchase, I will add the name and address from the PayPal receipt to the reservation.  Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional guest fee.
The original prepaid guest fee cannot be refunded.
Reservations cannot be cancelled within 15 days of the check in date.
You must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.

Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.
The winning bid is all you pay to seller.
At
the Kingsgate resort only, there is a /day/unit (not per person) charge for amenities due at check in.
You need to have a major credit card to check in
(0 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out)
, but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.
When the ebay auction is complete and payment is received, I will put your name on the reservation with Wyndham and email a copy of the confirmation to you. If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.  You are not required to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.
