Unit Description:
King in master (with whirlpool tub), king bed in second bedroom, 2 double beds in third bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in living area. Full kitchen, balcony or deck, washer/dryer in the room, approximately 1450 sq ft. (see photos which are representative of the accommodations)
Amenities:
3 indoor water parks (plus another via shuttle bus), exercise equipment, game room, play park & arcade access, organized children's activities program, convenience store, 5 restaurants.
This vacation condominium package includes only the timeshare condominium unit for the designated dates listed above.  The purchaser is responsible for all other food, accommodations, parking, entertainment and transportation to and from the unit separately and apart from this transaction.  By payment of this rental, the purchaser agrees to be responsible to the resort and to the owner/renter for any fees incurred during the stay and for any damages to the resort caused by the purchaser or members of his/her party, and agrees to hold harmless the owner/renter for any liability.
When payment has been received, I will call Wyndham and have the reservation put in your name and a reservation confirmation will be sent to you.  The person in whose name the reservation is made will need a photo ID at check-in and must be at least 21 years old.
