Once payment is made, email me via eBay with the following information that I will need to obtain your Guest Confirmation:
*Name of person to be listed as the registered guest. That person must be 21 years of age and be present at check-in. Send name, mailing address, a non-eBay email address, and phone number.
We will register you as our guest and request the Guest Confirmation in the name you provide
We will send you an email which will include: The confirmation from Wyndham showing the registration in your name and providing the Confirmation Number. I will provide my email address and cell phone number so that you may contact me with any additional questions.
Wyndham will email me the Guest Confirmation within 1 to 4 business days, and I will forward it to you
Once the reservation is transferred to your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. If for some reason, you are unable to arrive on the first day to check in, call the front desk to be sure they will not cancel your reservation. You will not receive a refund for any unused days or nights
These reservation dates are fixed and cannot be changed. No cancellations are permitted.

Registered guest expressly agrees to save seller harmless from all liabilities.
