MONDAY CHECKOUT!:  Avoid the hassle, headache and congestion of  having to checkout on Sunday by 10:00 AM.  Although we don't usually stay Sunday night, we typically book it so we can leave at our leisure Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening.  It's much more enjoyable for us and we can enjoy the water parks with less people Sunday afternoon.  It's an awesome benefit we think is worth the extra points. But Sunday night is included in the auction at no additional cost.

This is a 3 Bedroom Deluxe Condo with 2 full baths.
The condo is approximate 1600 sq ft and include a full kitchen with all cookware included, dining room, living room with a fireplace, balcony & washer/dryer.
The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with a whirlpool jetted tub and a walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom.
There is also a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people and 10 wristbands are included at no additional charge

This condo is currently reserved in my name.  When purchased I will make arrangements to get a guest certificate in your name.
This guest certificate will be sent to you via email, post-marked mail or in any fashion requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in,
you must bring this certificate with you at check-in and, you must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced.
You will need a photo id, and a credit card for incidental room charges.
Helpful Hints
1.  You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to bid.
AND you do
not
have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation
.  ABSOLUTELY NOT.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated.  You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay.
Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction.  If you don't arrive, it will sit empty.  However, there will not be any nights  added to your stay for any unused nights, and no refunds.
3.  The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4.  The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times.  Check-in time is typically 4:00 pm daily; check-out time is typically 10:00 am.
There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
5.  No pets are allowed.
6.  A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.  Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
