PLEASE NOTE:  THE RESORT ONLY ALLOWS ONE RESERVATION PER NAME DURING YOUR STAY, NO OVERLAPPING RESERVATIONS.  THIS RESORT STRONGLY ENFORCES THIS POLICY.  SO IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP AND YOU ARE IN NEED OF MORE THAN ONE UNIT, YOU MUST PUT THE ADDITIONAL UNITS IN OTHER NAMES OR THE RESORT WILL NOT ALLOW THE SAME PERSON TO CHECK INTO ALL UNITS.  PLEASE BE SURE TO LET ME KNOW BEFORE BIDDING IF YOU ARE GOING TO FALL INTO THIS CATEGORY.   I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER RESERVATIONS FROM A DIFFERENT OWNER. IF CHANGES ARE TO BE MADE ONCE I SUBMIT YOUR GUEST CERTIFICATE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GUEST CERTIFICATE CHANGE FEE OF 9.00.

? A Guest Confirmation is required for any unit that you, the owner of record, will not be personally occupying.  If your guest arrives without a Guest Confirmation, a Guest Confirmation fee will be collected prior to having access to the unit.
? Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification and forfeiture of all money paid associated with your reservation.
? Early Check-out:  An early check-out will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation and no money will be refunded.
? Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.
