Westin St. John's - studio, 2 and 3 bedroom villas, summer/fall stays

I have just a few available weeks for the remainder of 2020 at the Westin St.John's.
As of now there is availability for studio villas (sleeps 4),  2 bedroom villas (sleeps 6-8, pending type of 2 bedroom villa), some 3 bedroom villas (sleeps 10) for the summer as well as the fall.  (There is no availability for Thanksgiving week and Christmas week.)
I have flexibility for less than 7 night stays as well as flexibility of check-in days. Weekend and weeknights stays vary in price.  The price in the listing is the average price for a studio villa for a
September - December stay (per night). Weekends are slightly higher. August stays are slightly
higher.
