There are no other booking fees.
Parking at the resort is free. Upon check-in there will be hotel taxes payable directly to the resort of About .95/night for the studio,  This can be paid with any major credit card, debit card or cash.  ALL guests of the resort (even the owners) pay these charges no matter when, how or where you have made your reservation.  Fee may have changed a little but these are pretty close amounts.
Do to the time factors on rentals there is no return policy, but if you need to cancel your dates you can cancel current dates as long as you redo an new reservation time.  You can change up to one year in advance.
