Saratoga Springs has a great walk in pool by the Carriage House with a fun water slide, as well as smaller pools located around the resort. There is a fancy restaurant in the Carriage House, as well as a market and quick meals at the Artist Palette. The main pool has a bar area that sells great poolside food and drinks. Disney provides bus service to the parks, as well as Disney Springs, that run continuously throughout the day/night. December at Walt Disney World is magical ,with all the holiday decorations, activities and Santa at the parks.
I am a Disney Vacation Homeowner and own at Saratoga Springs. You will be booking directly from me, and are considered my guest by Disney. I have a confirmed reservation for 12/18-12/23/22 (check-in after 4pm on the 18th, though Disney does do their best to accommodate early arrivals and will store luggage until room is available,etc). This reservation is from 12/18-12/23/22, for these 5 nights in a deluxe 1 Bedroom at Saratoga Springs checking out on 12/23/22.. This listing only covers the room. You'll need to purchase park tickets on your own, and make your park reservations yourself too.(Please note: Disney now requires you to book a park reservation for each day visiting a park. You purchase park admission and make a park reservation(s) via Disney, for each day you wish to visit a Disney park). The 1Bedroom unit will have a bedroom with a King bed,  and the living room area has a Queen pullout couch, a twin pullout,, along with 1 bathroom . There will be a mini fridge, microwave, small area w sink (no stove,etc). The max for the room is 5. This 1 bedroom is selling for 22 a night including tax, totaling 10 for these 5 nights. I am listing this reservation for 00, saving 00+ in total. Upon booking reservation, please provide information listed in checkout information needed (names of all staying in room, ages of any occupants under 18, The address on Drivers License/cell/email of person who will be the main name on reservation. This person must be over 21 years old and must present their Drivers License/ State ID as ID to check in).This Primary name is the name that will stay on the reservation throughout the stay, and this individual checks into room, taking responsibility for room. At checkin, Disney will collect a credit card for any incidentals you may wish to charge to room. Disney chooses the room they are assigning to you, so there is no requesting a specific room,etc. This is a confirmed reservation that I have already booked using my DVC points, so, once purchased there will be no refund. Once I have received payment, I will change the reservation to your name and email the confirmed reservation # to you. I have rented out my stays a number of times over the past 10 years, and all with super satisfied customers. Thanks.
