Location, location, location..This timeshare condo is in an absolutely fabulous location. On the quiet end of Waikiki but exactly where you want to be! Within walking distance to most everything including the International Market... Kapiolani park, the zoo, 300 meters to Waikiki beach, shopping, restaurants (like Cheeseburger in Paradise only 350 yds away) plus many more eating establishments, and great access to the bus system. Great value. Not a 5*, but not a 2*... more like a 3.5* or even a 4* (but definitely 5* value)... and it truly is fantastic value! Do the comparison and you will soon see for yourself.... Rate is per night, minimum 7 nights...
This is a 1 bedroom with king bed, air conditioned condo that also hosts a Murphy bed (not terribly comfortable tho). Full kitchen with full size fridge and full sized stove/oven, and a great outdoor BBQ and picnic area... helps control costs if that is important. Sleeps 4. Sip coffee in the mornings or drinks in the evening from your own private lanai/balcony. Views will vary depending upon unit location in one of the two twin 37-38 story buildings and are assigned at check-in. This rental is part of the Hawaiian Sun Holidays at the Waikiki Banyan. Facilities include possibly the largest recreation deck in Waikiki with tennis courts, coin-operated bbqs, picnic area, kids play center, large heated pool, hot tubs, basketball hoop, and a snack bar on site. Besides all that, you also get FREE Parking and FREE Wifi! Coin laundry on each floor, so no need to over-pack!
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Although the dates are already booked for several weeks already... we may be able to exchange dates to other weeks in 2021 or 2022, subject to availability. The sooner they are booked, the better the chances of not being disappointed.
This is a great value location, with great amenities. No resort fees, no cleaning fees, no surprise fees, only a small timeshare tax of about /wk payable on checkin.
