I have 3 weeks banked. If it is not available I will refund 100%. Once I book this for you, and we finalize it, you may cancel for a full refund from me within in 10 days, but must be 30 days before arrival date or charge is 200.00. If cancelled though, you would have to pay the 100.00 or 200.00 fee. That is what they actually charge me to cancel. So I would refund you in full minus 100.00. Please email me with any questions.
