Pueblo bonito Sunset timeshare is for junior room, a studio that accommodates 4 individuals. It has a king bed or two queen beds. You can use it every odd year and it has 50 points. Resort fees are every 5 years. Timeshare is based on a floating week every other year. There is also RCI associated with it where you can book at other hotel for a nightly fee. However you are responsible for paying for that separately
If sold soon, this years 50 points will go towards new buyer for accommodations.
