I own a time share in Kissimmee, FL 5 minutes from Disney, the Westgate Tower. This auction is for one week use of my time share, October 29-Nov 5, 2022. You are not buying the time share deed. I can trade off to other weeks at this resort any time in 22/23.I have sold specific weeks at my resort in the past. Located 10 minutes from Disney and only a few minutes more to the other major parks like Universal Studios, you can roll out of bed and into the parks in no time. The timeshare itself is fabulous, sleeps up to eight people features a full kitchen + a mini-kitchen, 2 jaccuzzi tubs, 3 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher 2 microwaves, refrigerator and enough space that everyone can relax and not be in someone else's business. Two enclosed porches allow you to relax in the morning or evening.
There are shuttles to all the major parks but there are plenty of activities inside the complex, so many that you might not even leave. The hotel offers two children's pools, three spa tubs, and three outdoor pools, including a lap pool, freeform pool, and L-shaped pool. A fitness center has stationary bikes, treadmills, and a stair stepper. Other amenities include picnic tables, barbecue grills, a video arcade, and a playground. An additional 13 pools, organized children's activities (surcharge), and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are available at the Westgate Vacation Villas, a half-mile away. There is fishing, bicycles for rent, shuffleboard, and more planned activities than you can possibly attend. Westgate is pet friendly too and parking is always free! Pricing for a bedroom unit like this is 0/night if you go to westgate directly, get it from me for less than half that.
