Best Price Guarantee
Elite members are guaranteed to save either 20% or 30% off the lowest price found on any reputable travel site such as Booking.com or Priceline, Orbitz or Travelocity. The 20% discount is applied to “standard” suites, and the 30% discount is applied to “deluxe” suites. Each resort determines which suites are standard and which are deluxe. Usually ,the larger suites are considered deluxe. These exclusive discounts save between 0.00 and ,000.00 each reservation.
Concierge Upgrade
Elite members can upgrade to the concierge level at any resort that offers an upgrade. The resort sets the price for the upgrade at the reservation center or front desk. The Elite Member upgrade price is always much less than non-member price at check in.

This benefit is for up to two (2)kids from four (4) to seventeen (17) years old staying in the same suite with two (2) adults.

Reservation Process
One of the advantages of Elite membership is that authorized guests are entitled to the same preferential treatment as the authorizing member. The eBay buyer is the guest, and I will initiate a reservation on their behalf using my member number. The buyer will provide the travelers name, preferred resort, desired travel dates, number of guests (adults and children with ages), and type of room (single king bed or two double beds). I will choose the pricing and availability from the Elite Members’ website.  All-inclusive r
ates are for a
minimum
of 5 nights, and do not include air fare.
If the arrangements are satisfactory, I will forward all details to Elite booking. A representative from Palace Resorts will immediately contact the buyer to finalize the reservation.
The buyer will make all payments directly to Palace Resorts. I do not request any financial information.
There are no additional fees or charges.  Palace Resorts will e-mail a reservation confirmation that will include the contact telephone number and the travelers booking number for any inquiries or changes in travel.
