I think it is NOS and It has never been laced or used.
There is a possibility that fresh grease was added at some point cause it spins like new!
Loose ball bearing with sealed technology. Quality part and really beautiful.
Sold as you see in the photos. It does NOT come with the quick release axle-skewer.
