We are Bluegreen Owners and have booked this reservation which we are unable to use. Following payment, a voucher will be issued in the name of purchaser and only the person whose name is on the voucher will be allowed to check-in.  The person checking in must be 21 years of age. Should the resort be forced to close for any reason, a full refund will be given.
