This sales is for a "one time" one-week (8 days 7 nights) timeshare RENTAL.  This one-bedroom PREMIUM villa is much larger (almost 200 square feet more) than one-bedroom STANDARD villa, which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.  You are not required to attend any on-site timeshare sales presentations.  Check-in date is Sunday January 1, 2023 and check-out date is Sunday, January 8, 2023.  Current online price is 4 plus taxes per night.  Upon receiving the payment, a confirmation from the vista resort will be sent directly to your U.S. mailing address (no in-person pick-up).  Sorry, no international buyers.
