This is for a two bedroom deluxe Condo at The Meadows in Branson Missouri for 5 Nights.  Maximum Occupancy is 8.  There is a full Kitchen, Room with king size bed, room with 2 double beds, queen sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms, balcony/deck, washer, dryer, whirlpool tub, wireless internet.

How this works is when you win the auction, I need the name and address of person that will be checking in so that I can call Wyndham and put you in as my guest-this person must be at least 21 years old and info must match driver’s license and this cannot be changed again without an additional fee.  I also need an email address to send the confirmation too.
Once I give this information to Wyndham it takes about 24 hours for them to issue the new confirmation.  When I have the confirmation it will be emailed to you and that is what you will need to check in.
Once you get to the resort there will be no additional charges for the room.  You will need to have a credit card for a 0 deposit.  Nothing will be charged unless you use amenities that cost money and charge them to your room or if you damage anything.
No sales pitch required.  They may ask you if you want to go to a breakfast or lunch and receive some sort of gift in return.  This is a sales pitch and you are under NO obligation to attend.  It is your choice.
