Overview
Hiawatha Resort West at Lake Tansi offers both beautiful surroundings and a wealth of recreation and is a terrific vacation retreat. Splash away in any of our four lakes located on property a mile from your unit. Tansi Marina is open May through September. Small bass fishing boats are available for rental, for fishing only. Other recreation facilities include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a sandy beach. A mile from your unit, a playground, a health spa with indoor racquetball courts, hot tub and saunas. Tee off on our 18-hole PGA championship golf course.

Check in a day later, check out a day early, use it for the weekend or use it as a home base for some day or night trips-- the choice is yours.
At time of purchase please confirm the name and address of the person who will actually be checking into the Resort.
Very Important:     That person must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and is staying in the unit.
If you are not the one who will be checking in, please furnish that person's name and address at time of purchase.
A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in for security purposes.
The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please know that your purchase price cannot be refunded.
Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification, and forfeiture of the purchase price.
Early Check-out:  An early check-out will result in the forfeiture of the purchase price for the remainder of your reservation.
Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.
There are no other fees due when you check in; and you are not required to attend any meeting to tour the Resort during your stay.
A fee may be associated with some of the resort's amenities and activities. Please contact the resort for more details.
Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.

Individual Resorts may require a credit card at check in for refundable security deposit and/or incidentals. All adult occupants must be 21 years old. Your reservation documents will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase! Please include the name of the person checking in (must match picture I.D.), address, and phone number when submitting payment. Also, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to in the comments section, as eBay does not allow attachments to their emails.
