This is for 4 nights in a STUDIO, OCEAN VIEW unit overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. October 5 - 9, 2022. Sleeps 4. King bed in master and a Sofa sleeper sleeps 2 in Living Room, Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, fully equipped Kitchen for 4 persons. Beach towels for 4 are also supplied for your use during your stay.There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

You must be 21 or older and have a major credit card to check in (0 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.  There is a resort directory in each unit with special instructions and a lot of helpful information.  Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the "buy now" price to the seller. When the eBay sale/auction is complete and payment & all your info is received, I will put your name on the reservation with Wyndham and Wyndham will email a copy of the confirmation to you.
If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can.  Once your name and personal information has been added to the reservation, it cannot be changed without an additional .00 fee.
TAKE NOTE:  This is a timeshare unit. Upon registering, they will ask you to attend a presentation or update. You DO NOT have to attend the presentation or accept the welcome gift.  Just say no.

All travelers are required to have a Guest Confirmation in their name.  This Guest must be at least 21 years of age and MUST be the person checking in.  After payment is received, along with your address, email, and phone number in the PayPal notes, I will contact Wyndham and have this issued in the guest's name based on the eBay User information supplied from eBay.  This should be the legal name matching the Guest's government issued id (Drivers License).  If your information is not correct with eBay or an alternate traveler is going, you MUST notify me prior to placing your bid. If you need a name change after this, you will be responsible for the Guest Certificate change fee. (.00)
