This listing is for Unit 310, a one bedroom, one bath condo unit with a partial kitchen (no oven) and living/dining area.  It sleeps up to four, better for two.
Quarter House is located on Rue Chartres, part of a block off Canal Street and two blocks to the dining and entertainment section of Bourbon Street. You are an easy walk to the Riverfront, Harrah's Casino, Jackson Square, the French Market, and literally scores of restaurants, entertainment spots, and other attractions.
Valet parking is in the Wyndham Hotel. The Quarter House rate is /day. Do not bring a vehicle into the French Quarter if you can avoid it.
The Sugar Bowl will be played on December 31, 2022.  The Saints play the Eagles in Philadelphia on New Years Day.
Check in after 4 PM on Friday, December 30; check out before 10 AM on Friday, January 6, 2023.  I can't split the week.  Stay whatever nights you want, then check out as long as it is before 10 AM on January 6.
