IT IS VERY IMPORTANT
that you provide me with the name of the person who will be
checking in first
. This name should be legal name matching the government issued ID and Must Be 21. Please include this guest name and street address as shown on ID in comment section of your PayPal payment. Once the guest name has been added, any name change will cost additional 0. This is what Wyndham charges me as owner to add/change guest.  Please Choose Guest Name Wisely.
Government issued identification and credit card imprint are required at check-in for security deposit.  Person checking in must be 21 years of age or older.  Guests are responsible for any items charged to the room(pool bar, restaurants, excursion trips, etc…) or any damages caused during their stay and agree to pay these prior to check-out.
The resort will NOT allow you to use the same name on more than one reservation during the same time period.  Even if you book one unit through me and one unit through someone else. If these are overlapping reservations are in same the same name, resort will could cancel one of your reservations.  I know it is crazy.  So, if you will have 2 or more rooms just put each one in different individual’s names

Most resorts enforce a late check-out fee for any guests checking out past the check-out time. As a courtesy to our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted at this resort. Thank you for your consideration. There is a 0 fine for smoking in the units or common areas. No pets are allowed. A credit card and photo ID required at check-in.
