Club Wyndham Palm-Aire Resort
is a luxurious tropical haven with numerus activities and first-class amenities. Golf at the adjoining Palm-Aire Country Club or visit nearby Isle Casino. You will be just 4 miles from beautiful Pompano Beach. Fine dining, entertainment, cultural venues, and shopping are all part of the Pompano Beach experience.  The Hillsboro Inlet Light House is 2 miles north and Ft Lauderdale is 10 miles south. (Note, this is the same resort that Wyndham describes as being in Ft. Lauderdale.)
The Palm-Aire resort provides:
4 Pools, Pool Bar, 2 Hot Tubs, Children’s Pool; Playground, Miniature Golf; Fitness Center; Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball,  Golf, Miniature Golf , Game Room, Salon & Day Spa, Sauna & Steam Room, Activity Center, Organized Activities, Barbecue Area, Convenience Store, Deli/Snack Bar, Business Center. The resort provides a daily shuttle to the beach.
This a gated community with 24 hr security staff.
Two Bedroom condo:
1 King bed, Jetted tub, 2 Double beds, Queen sleeper sofa, Full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, TVs, DVD, in room safe, Balcony/Patio, approximately 1200sq. ft.
Maximum occupancy 6.
This is my personal reservation. Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name. Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter. That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in.
A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you. When you check in at the Wyndham reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation. You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card to be put on file. A refundable 0 security deposit may be required. There are no additional fees or taxes. You will be invited to attend an information / sales presentation, but you are under NO obligation to attend.
Full payment through eBay is due at the time of purchase. It will take eBay approximately 3 to 5 days to process payment. Once l am notified that the payment has be processed, I will transfer the reservation to your name. This transaction is non-refundable. The reservation cannot be cancelled after it has been purchased.

My wife and I are retired schoolteachers.
We appreciate Wyndham resorts’ quality and amenities so much that we now have enough timeshare points for many vacation opportunities.
