Need to work from home?  Work from our home away from home. There is a work station complete with roll-top desk, monitor, printer, qwerty keyboard and mouse. Just bring your own laptop.
This listing is for a minimum stay listed below during the following date range:
Sept 05 to Sept 17 (7 day minimum)
Sept 26 to Oct 1 (3 day minimum)
Oct 20 to Oct 23 (3 day minimum)
Nov 02 to Nov 05 (3 day minimum)
Dec 30 to Feb 1, 2022 (7 day minimum)
Note:  If a reservation is made and must be cancelled due to State or Government restrictions because of the current situation, the reservation will be fully refunded.
The nightly rate for the above dates is 9.00 without pool heat or 9 with pool heat plus a 12% tax (Florida State and County Hotel tax) on all bookings.  The Buy it Now price of 0 is the initial deposit to secure the reservation and that 0 is subtracted from your total or used for the 0 refundable security deposit.
We may have other availability for 2022 at reduced rates--just ask.  We also offer better discounts for longer stays (1 month or more).

The total without Pool Heat:
For 3 nights = 9/night x 3 nights + 12% tax = 9
For 5 nights = 9/night x 5 nights + 12% tax = 6
For 7 nights = 9/night x 7 nights + 12% tax = 3
etc.
The total with Pool Heat:
For 3 nights = 9/night x 3 nights + 12% tax = 7
For 5 nights = 9/night x 5 nights + 12% tax = 8
For 7 nights = 9/night x 7 nights + 12% tax = 89
etc.
We are the private owners of this home (it is not a timeshare nor a booking company), and we have been offering our home to guests who love Disney World, Universal, and other Orlando attractions.
Our luxurious 4bdr, 3 full bath home is as close to paradise as it gets.  It features a large and spacious split floor plan, affording guest comfort, privacy, and freedom.  This beautiful home boasts a large formal living room with TV, DVD player, and Play Station with games and premium stereo system.  Also has a formal dining area with seating for 6, oversized kitchen with dining for 8, and family room with seating for 6. The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace which is fully screened and fenced on both sides affording privacy whilst not obstructing the beautiful view to the rear of the conservation area. The lanai is oversized and compliments the outdoor experience complete with outdoor dining area, TV, pool and palm trees. The pool is south facing and comes complete with a spa. The pool was recently resurfaced with a fresh new look and new salt water system installed for a refreshing experience (smells and feels better).  The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and DVD, with sliding glass doors leading to the pool terrace.  It also features an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, separate garden tub, and twin vanities.  The second master bedroom has a TV, DVD player, queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, twin vanities, and a door leading to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are complete with 2 twin beds, TVs and DVDs each and share the hallway bath with over bath shower. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware etc. Towels and linens are also included as well as a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We converted the garage into a game room, featuring pool table, air hockey, table-tennis (ping-pong) and dartboard.  Free WiFi and Alexa.  Conveniently located minutes from Interstate I-4 and all major attractions.  Sleeps 2-8 people comfortably in the bedrooms with an option of an additional 2 on the pull out couch. High chairs, car seats, stroller and pack and play are also available for use.  Pool/Spa heat is available (see prices above and description of *pool heat below).
*Pool/Spa Heat:  The maximum setting for pool heat is 85 degrees F.  Note that it can only heat the pool 10 degrees F above the outdoor ambient temperature. You can also switch to spa mode which will heat the spa to around 102 degrees F.   The spa tub also has bubblers for a messaging feeling.
