One Bedroom unit in Ogunquit, Maine available for seven nights, from Friday, September 16 to Friday, September 23rd at Innseason Resorts the Falls at Ogunquit. Each unit easily sleeps 4 adults comfortably.  I own this timeshare week it's a great steal at 00.  I currently, have two units available.
The Resort is known for their hospitality and friendly staff, as well as their cleanliness.  This condo unit has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator to take home dinner leftovers, or do breakfast in the morning in the comfort of your condo. The bedroom with spa whirlpool tub and living room with queen sofa bed. The bathroom has private entry from either the living room or the bedroom.  There is cable TV in both the living room and bedroom.  The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, hot plate, dishes, and cooking untensils.  If there is any kitchen equipment you want such as a lobster pot that is not in the unit the staff can provide it for you.  The rental I am asking for is 00. (this is the TOTAL price, NO fees or tax).  Cheaper than you can find just a hotel room in Ogunquit.  These are the only units available at this resort.  The cost is less than if you purchased off the Resort's site.
The weather in Ogunquit during this week is beautiful and there are no lines at restaurants since the children have gone back to school. This is a very popular and desirable week for adults.  These are the only two units available for this week.  Think Lobster and all the seafood you can eat, or any other cuisine.  So many fantastic restaurants of so many different cuisines.   Beautiful scenery, swimming and quaint shops.   Besides the beautiful scenery such as the Marginal Way in Ogunquit as well as picturesque Perkins Cove Harbor, too many places to hike, visit or just enjoy all the scenic views in the area.  In addition to the resort’s staff offering of a daily offsite activity/tour you should venture out on your own. It is in the vicinity of Kennebunkport, Portland, Strawberry Banke (historical reenactment village) the Nubble Lighthouse in York as well as the famous Kittery outlets.  The hotel is within walking distance of the heart of town or Footbridge Beach.  If you choose not to drive, you may also take the municipal Trolley that goes into town, Perkins Cove, and the Main Beach.  Just outside of the indoor pool is the expansive seating area with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas (get Lobster to go and dine al fresco).
I currently have two 1BR units at the Innseason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit Resort, in Ogunquit, Maine. Each is for a 7 night stay, the week of Friday, September 16 to Friday, September 23.  Only verified service animals are allowed.  The units can be rented separately for 00 (this is the total price for each, no fees or tax) or if you rent both take a 15% discount.
