We have no control over the weather that occurs during your vacation week.  We are not responsible if the host resort becomes unavailable due to natural disaster, act of God, war or insurrection, or any other reason beyond our control.
We want you to have a wonderful vacation, so please read the auction carefully and ask any questions that you may have PRIOR TO PURCHASE!! Once reservations have been made, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please include the name of the person checking in (MUST MATCH PHOTO ID), address, and phone # with all payment. Upon receiving payment your unit will be booked and we will send you a confirmation via email within 24-48 hrs. of receiving payment.  Then simply print that confirmation and take it with you to check-in.
