Unit 207 is a family suite with dining and sleeping capacity for 6-queen size bed in the bedroom with a 32 in. HDTV, and phone. The spacious living room offers 2 sofas (queen size fold outs), 40 in. enhanced by the palm trees rising from the oceanfront deck. The balcony is large enough to support a chaise lounge and 2 glider rockers, which our guests rave about. For your pleasure and convenience, we feature indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools, a gift shop, game room, snack bar and a multilevel parking deck attached to the building-park within steps of the unit and avoid the elevator when loading and unloading your car! (This is a big advantage in the summer as few of the
Myrtle Beach
resorts have adequate elevator capacity at peak usage). Unit 207 is privately owned with no Timeshare or Realty Company participation. My wife and I bought the unit for our personal use and make it available to our guests at other times as a way to defray the expenses. We own only this unit and keep it as nice as possible not only for ourselves but our guests as well. Confirmation, key, and parking pass mailed within 1 day of payment with a stamped envelope for the return.
Use of phone-local & incoming calls are free and long distance calls can be made with a calling card only-(You may wish to use your cell phone for outgoing long distance.)
Departure Cleaning Included (Guests may choose to furnish their own linens or use, launder, and store those in 207. Guests are also responsible for washing and storing dishes and kitchen utensils before departure)

Smoking permitted only on the balcony. Guests must be at least 25 years in age or accompanied by a parent as the resort insists on a family atmosphere!   Owners permission required for subleasing.

. Violators of the aforementioned rules can expect to be ejected with no partial or prorated refund.
