Production Notes Booklet that looks like a 45-rpm record. There is no record - the booklet is made to look like one. It is about 8" X 8" and has 42 pages of cast and credit information, productions notes, biographies on the stars and a lot of pictures. I have scanned a few of the pictures ... see below (pics 1-4).
