Here is your opportunity to stay in New York City during the Holidays.   Midtown 45 is sold out, but I have a room available because I am a Club Wyndham VIP owner at this resort.  This location is walking distance to Time Square and Rockefeller Center.  I have stayed here personally and it is fabulous.  Beds are nice and comfy.  There is a Pub right next door.  You will be able to be in person for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and see all the sights in the city that never sleeps!   The Holiday will be all a glow and getting to see the New York City window dressings just makes this time of year magical.  Just think the Rockefeller Tree will be lite and Santa Clause will usher in the Christmas Season!

1. Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the dates of the stay.  You do not have to arrive on the first night.  Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction. Whatever nights you do not use you loose -  no refunds.
2.  The resort has a Non-Smoking policy  and a NO pet policy in the units and buildings.
3.  Check-in is 4:00 pm daily;  check-out time is 10:00 am.  The check-in desk is open 24 hours per day.  There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
4.  A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.  Any damage is the responsibility of the guest.
5. Cancellations are not permitted.
6. Seller is NOT responsible for fees charged by the resort, such as high-speed internet service, parking, amenities, activities.
7. There are no extra charges, no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees.  Other hotels will add sales tax or some other fees you might want to consider this when comparing the prices…..

- Upon confirmation of payment - I will verify with you the name and address of the person checking into the resort..  This must be the person who will check in as the name on the guest confirmation must match the name on the Photo ID.  Individual checking in must present photo ID and must be over the age of 21.  If after the Guest Confirmation is issued you need to change the name there will be a charge of .00.

Seller obtains Guest Confirmation
- Once I receive your information I will obtain a Guest Confirmation in your name within 48 hours.
5.
Seller emails Guest Confirmation
- Once I receive the guest confirmation, I will forward it to you via ebay or your paypal email provided.
6.
Pack your bags
you are off to New York City and all the fun you can handle
7.
Print out your guest confirmation and take it with you.
You will need it to check in.
8.
Present your Guest Confirmation and Valid ID.
Hotel will take an imprint of a credit card.  Guest is responsible for any incidental charges and or any damage to the unit.
