This is for a 2 bedroom condo based on availability between dates listed above only.  holiday weeks are listed on their own and exepmt from this listing.  Please email seller if you are interested in only a few nights or if you need a different size condo.  I cannot accept bids outside of ebay but I can set up a custom auction.

The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
