E-mail me your name, desired dates of travel, requested Palace Resort, number of guests (adults and children with ages), and type of room (single king bed or two double beds).
I will check room availability, let you know if the resort can accommodate your request, and give you the total price of the vacation package.  Prices vary according to the resort and season:

If you are satisfied with the quote, send me an e-mail with your approval and I will arrange for the Palace ELITE Membership representative to contact you and answer any other questions etc. I can also do it for you online.
I will call the Palace Resorts, make a reservation in your name, and then you will call the VIP Membership contact to make payment directly to the Resort. We do not take any of your credit card or financial information.

After the reservation is confirmed, Palace Resorts will send me a confirmation letter which I will forward to you.  This confirmation will include the Palace Resorts telephone number and your Booking Number which you can use to call and confirm the authenticity of the reservation. Please print the confirmation letter out and present it at check-in. You will also, confirm your Flight times to arrange for free Airport transportation.

For your own safety, you shoould take a PCR Covid test within 3 days before you travel,( However,This is not required by Mexico but your airline may require it,)  Check the CDC website.
Palace Resorts will ofer you a free PCR Test within 3 days of your departure back to the USA ( wich is a requirement of the US Government).
Should you test Positive, Palace Elite will offer you free Room and Boardat the resort  for up to 14 days before another test is initiated but you can pay approximately . for an earlier test)
All travelers must have a valid passport to enter and exit Mexico or Jamaica. No special Visa is required. Please consult the United States Department of State website for changes in requirements.
Rates are for 7 nights and 8 days in one double occupancy room for two adults. The maximum occupancy for one room is four people. Additional guests are charged per night for children (4 to 17 years old) and 8 per night for adults in 2021. Children under 4 years old stay free.
Additional nights may be available for extended stays. (Subject to availability)
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.  If you arrive early, you may enjoy the restaurants, pools, and other facilities.  Check-out time is 12:00 PM or later (If the resort staff is notified in advanced).
