TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO MAUI for Christmas and/or New Years! You'll enjoy the longest beach on Maui, from a recently remodeled, comfortable, ocean-view 2bd/2ba suite.
This is a clean, well-maintained, quiet property in a terrific location. It is NOT an ultra-fancy, uber-chic Wailea resort which costs -10K/night.
The price is a DEEP DISCOUNT over booking the holiday week on their website for ,430 / wk at their standard room rate.
This suite is 939 sq. ft: 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with full kitchen and lanai. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
No A/C: the trade winds are *quite* brisk at this location, this is an end unit with windows on all outer walls, ceiling fans and the resort has 2 floor fans, should the trades subside. We (mid-life women...wink, wink) have stayed here 1 month a yr for 10 yrs and it was never hot. We even had to CLOSE windows at times.
It’s located steps from Sugar Beach, directly across 2 lane Kihei Rd from the longest beach on Maui, also a great swim beach.
The resort is small, quiet and very well maintained, with approx 50 guest rooms, beautiful grounds, a large hot tub, sparkling pool, BBQ grills, in-room safe and fans, wi-fi, TVs, cable, etc.
Located near the center of the island, the resort is close to the fabulous South Maui beaches, while 5 minutes away from the bustling tourist areas.
Suite location can be requested: poolside suite or a tower suite. Suites in the tower have a magnificent ocean view and even the kitchen has a view of Upcountry Maui and Haleakala from entry area. Poolside suites have easy pool access and ocean/garden views.
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation, so get your flights in order - and be sure you (or someone you know) can use the reservation!
I am the owner of this time and have stayed at the resort for at least one month/year since 2010. Now we reside on Maui, and we keep time at this prime resort time for when other family and friends visit.
The rental price includes sales tax and ALL other fees (excluding any damage that you or your guests cause to the property).

The resort and room are non-smoking; smoking area provided on a corner of the property. The 6-floor tower includes an elevator, the 2 story buildings are accessed via stairs.
Note: this resort is in a very windy location and, thanks to the tradewinds, does not have air conditioning in the suites.

3) You'll get an email with the confirmed reservation in advance of payment and, if you wish, you can confirm it
w/the resort manager here on Maui.
4) Within 12 hrs of payment, owner will call Soleil Management (the resort's reservations service) and transfer the reservation into your name.
5) After that call, Soleil will send owner the new confirmation via email and owner will forward it to you by email.
6) BONUS: if you are traveling domestically from the U.S. owner has several Alaska Airlines companion fare certificates, which can save you almost 50% on 2 tickets. (Families of 4 LOVE this!) :)
