Massanutten 4 BR Summit 7 Day Rental
This listing is for a one week rental for two (1 upper & 1 lower) attached Summit units.  Upper unit is Full Kitchen, lower unit is Partial Kitchen.  Both have 2 BR, 2 Baths, LR, DR, gas fireplace and deck.  Both have a large jetted tub and separate shower in main bath as well as a full bath off MBR.  The units are connected by a common hallway/stairwell and share an exterior entrance.  Additional information about units, resort and surrounding area is available on the resort website massresort.com.
At check-in the resort will require a 0 security deposit that will be refunded upon checkout.  Resort also charges a service fee of approximately per day.
No sales tour is required for this stay
.  However, one will probably be offered at check-in with some bonus or discount to attend.  Again, you are not required to attend, but certainly can if you choose to or want whatever you are offered.
The following weeks were available at time of listing.  Availability can change quickly.  Please contact me with your preferred week (maybe a backup as well) prior to making purchase.  I will verify availability and, if available,  put week on 24 hour hold.  After PayPal payment is received I will confirm reservation and forward confirmation.  You will receive rental documentation by ebay messenger or to your paypal listed email.  Nothing will be mailed or shipped.
