Once your booking confirmation is complete there are USUALLY NO CANCELLATIONS, HOWEVER WITH THE COVID PANDEMIC MARRIOTT RESORTS HAVE BEEN ALLOWING A ONE TIME RESCHEDULE BASED ON AVAILIBILTY . There are NO Booking Fees!!!

You are responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or housekeeping fees.
