TERMS:
1.    I am the timeshare owner; you will NOT have to attend a presentation.
2.    The price does not include airfare.
3.    Check-in requires a credit card for taxes and incidental expenses.
4.    Please check the web site for occupancy tax information. These taxes will be charged to your credit card at check-in.
5.    You must be 21 years of age and have a picture ID to purchase this vacation rental and check-in to the resort.
6.    Check-in is 4:00 pm; check-out is 10:00 am.

The villa is cleaned before check-in and once in the middle of your stay.  If you want housekeeping service more often, it is available from the resort for an additional fee (at your expense).
8. The hotel has a smoke-free policy.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Purchase and Delivery Process
To facilitate the reservation confirmation, the buyer will need to provide me with the following information
after purchase...
-The name
of the person who will check-in to the resort (must be 21 years old)
-His/her address exactly as it appears on their driver's license
-Cell phone number so that the resort can call you with any updates
-E-mail address so that I can send out the certificate (resort will use this also)
I will send you a confirmation certificate via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving payment

REQUIRED SURCHARGES (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, bed tax, fees or other miscellaneous) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANT AND ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT. Surcharges are subject to change without notice.
Occupancy tax, per unit per night:Studio USD 9.50, 1 bedroom USD 10.28, 2 and 3 bedroom USD 11.88. You are responsible for imposed utility/energy surcharges, occupancy or similar taxes, service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage, housekeeping or resort fees.
Guests are responsible for payment of a government imposed environment levy, assessed on all units one time per stay. Levy per unit, per week: Studio, USD 10; one bedroom,USD 15; two or more bedrooms, USD 25.
Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (usually at an off-site location).
SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the resort directly.
Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee.
