Enjoy spectacular views of the night sky in the nighttime and red rocks in the daytime! This is a resort that we have ownership in. You will be checking in as a guest of ours. No resort fees. No parking fees. No cleaning fees. Your name and information will be listed as the party checking in. You will head to the front desk, provide your identification and a credit card for incidentals/security and be given access to your townhouse and all resort amenities. Please know that by booking, you agree to follow the guest guidelines book within the unit regarding removal of trash and dishwasher load prior to departure.

Unit boasts Southwestern decor and gas fireplace! Lower level has a Queen size bed bedroom, guest bathroom, Pull-out Queen sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen, back patio, fireplace, and living room. Upper level features a loft with a Murphy bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Upper level also features bedroom with King size bed and private bathroom.
