Pre-check in: We welcome guests arriving prior to the 4pm check-in time. Any time after Noon, guests may complete pre-check in paperwork, unload bags, and have their car parked by the valet service. When the room is ready, the resort will call the guest’s cell phone. Pre-check in helps avoid the long waits for check in and valet service typical at 4pm.
Parking: Valet Parking (Off-site): Cost: per night for Bluegreen Owners; per night for Non-Bluegreen Owners. Self-Parking: City public parking garage located at 1 Cumberland St. for /hour, max /day (no moving) or metered street parking.
Deposit required:Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a 0 Pre-Authorization.
We are Bluegreen Owners and have booked this reservation which we are unable to use.  Following payment, a voucher will be issued in the name of purchaser and only the person whose name is on the voucher will be allowed to check-in.  The person checking in must be 21 years of age. Should the resort be forced to close for any reason, a full refund will be given. The price for the stay includes all taxes and fees except that parking is not included.
