takes the utmost care in raising our Supers.  Our number one goal is to provide you with the highest nutritional, healthiest Supers available.
We over pack up to 10% to make up for any DOA's. We also take care during the packaging process to give our Supers plenty of wiggle room to endure their journey.
If your weather forecast is for temperatures below 50F or above 85F, please select "Hold for Pick-up" to receive our "LIVE GUARANTEE".  If you choose home delivery outside this temperature range, please understand that you may have some DOA's and we cannot honor the "LIVE GUARANTEE".
"LIVE GUARANTEE" Conditions:
1. "Hold for Pick Up" packages must be picked up within 24 hrs. and any issues reported within 2 hrs.
2.  Issues with Home Deliveries must be reported within 6 hrs.
3.  All "Live Guarantee" claims must be accompanied with photos within these specified time frames
If you choose "Hold for Pick-up", you must include a
PHONE NUMBER
in "Message to Seller" during check-out, so you can receive notification that your package is ready for pick-up.   We do not ship without a phone number.
All orders placed Monday thru 2:00pm Thursday ship within 24 hrs. (Most ship same day)  Orders placed Thursday after 2:00pm thru Sunday will ship out Monday.
