Lifetime in Hawaii Waikiki 7-night Stay with Free Parking

The resort boasts one of Waikiki's most fashionable vacation addresses. Located on the 16th-27th floor of the Royal Kuhio building, it is just 2 blocks from the famous Waikiki Beach, the acclaimed Ala Wai Golf Course, the shops of the International Market Place, and scores of restaurants and night spots. Oahu boasts 45 public beaches and famous Waikiki Beach is just blocks away.
Lifetime in Hawaii’s 39 studio units with lanais are randomly situated on Floors 16 through 27, ranging from 445 to 538 square feet, with ocean, city, mountain, or Diamond Head views.  All units have maximum occupancy for four people and privacy for two and have one bathroom, vanity area, and a walk-in shower.  Most units have queen size beds but a select few have king size beds and all units have queen sofa sleepers in the living room.
Although Lifetime’s units are accessible to our handicapped guests, the units are not handicapped equipped per se, inasmuch as the Lifetime resort is a private entity.
Pets are not permitted by the Lifetime in Hawaii Interval Owners Association unless handicapped certified. Smoking is prohibited in Lifetime’s units and/or lanais; violators may be subject to a 0 fine.
All Lifetime units have fully-equipped kitchens (i.e., full-size refrigerator/freezer, smooth-top range, microwave, and dishwasher) with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Complimentary bath soap is provided as well as initial coffee and tea packets (no refills please).
Units have air-conditioner, ceiling fans, DVD and SMART flatscreen TV, hair dryer,  vacuum, and iron/ironing board.  There also is a safe in each unit for valuables such as laptop, passport, jewelry, etc.
Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit and local/long-distance calling to the mainland from each unit phone.
Housekeeping
In addition to the regular Saturday check-in/checkout unit housekeeping, towels are replenished on Mondays and Wednesdays; there is a mid-week vacuuming service as well.  Bed linens are not automatically changed mid-week, only upon request.  Multiple week guests will receive full linen changes and housekeeping services on Friday.  Unit occupants are asked to empty their trash in the chutes located on each floor by the elevators.
Other Amenities
Beach chairs and towels are available to rent from the resort office; various board games, puzzles and reading materials are available as well.
Located on the 7th Floor of the Royal Kuhio is the Recreation Deck where guests may take advantage of the swimming pool, barbeque grills, tennis and basketball courts, gym, sauna, children’s playground, pool table, ping-pong, putting green, and coin-op laundry facilities

Checking-In
Check-in is Saturday 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in Lifetime’s Office, Suite 2214 (22nd Floor).  Luggage carts are available at Suite 2214 or at the Security Desk in the Main Lobby.  After-hour check-ins are handled at the Security Desk in the Main Lobby of the Royal Kuhio Building.  Security personnel will provide one set of room keys and
one free parking stall
(if needed) to registered guests with proper identification.  All guests must officially register at the Lifetime office in Suite 2214 the next day during regular office hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
A Security Deposit is required by way of cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).  A credit card imprint only for authorization purposes will be taken.
Checking-Out
Guests must check out by Saturday 10 a.m.  Guests checking out before Saturday 8 a.m. may drop their keys in the Office door slot (Suite 2214).  Late checkouts cannot be accommodated and may result in a 5 fine.  Luggage may be left in the Lifetime Office until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday; unclaimed luggage will be placed outside the Office unattended – Lifetime is not responsible for missing or stolen luggage and/or other personal belongings.
Should any damages be determined by Lifetime staff upon checkout, the amount will be charged against the Security Deposit provided at check-in.  If damages exceed the deposited amount, the responsible party will be invoiced by Lifetime.
