LAST MINUTE SPECIAL: 2 Bdrm/2 Bath Timeshare Condo in the Florida Keys Aug 14-21

Up for rent is a 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo at the Marathon Key Beach resort for the week of Aug 14-21, 2021.  Located in the middle of the Florida Keys in a town called Marathon, this 1,300 sf condo can sleep 6.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with on-suite bath.  The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room offers a pull out sofa sleeper. There is a 2nd bathroom across from the 2nd bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, full size oven and stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave.  There is also a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils:  everything you need to cook a meal in if you choose to.  The condo also has a full size washer and dryer.  There is a TV and DVD player in the living room, and another tv in the master bedroom. The unit is perfect for a family vacation. And at under 0 per night, it is a great bargain.
The resort itself offers 5 buildings with just 4 units in each building.  There is covered parking under the building.  Please note that you must be able to climb stairs to get to the unit.  The resort offers a large pool and also shares a marina and boat launch with the neighboring Banana Bay Resort.  The resort is on the bay side of the keys.
There are two grocery stores within a mile of the resort.  And the most beautiful beach in the Florida Keys, Sombrero Beach, is just 2.5 miles away.  The beach has a grassy picnic area, playground, BBQs, and a separate sandy beach area.  The water is warm.  The beach is found on the ocean side of keys. There are many great dive shops, fishing charters, and restaurants up and down the keys, including in Marathon. Marathon is in the middle of the Florida Keys, so it is an easy drive south to Key West or an easy drive north to Key Largo.
If you love fishing and diving, this location is ideal.  In fact, Lobster season begins August 6th of each year, so there will still be plenty of spiny lobsters to be found.  My family and I own 2 weeks at this resort and we absolutely love it!.  We just returned from our other week July 10-17.  We will not be using the week in August this year.
Please note that the pictures of the unit are pictures I found on the resorts rental site.  I do not have pictures of the exact unit, but all 20 units at the resort are the exact same floor plan and decorated similarly.
