Individual resorts may require a credit card at check in for security deposit and/or incidentals. Some resorts require guests checking in to be 21 or 25 years or older with major credit card. Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (state of Hawaii) or meals.  We try to disclose any additional fees in the "Additional Information" section, but we are not responsible for changes in the resort's policies.
We have no control over the weather that occurs during your vacation week.  We are not responsible if the host resort becomes unavailable due to natural disaster, act of God, war or insurrection, or any other reason beyond our control.
We want you to have a wonderful vacation, so please read the auction carefully and ask any questions that you may have PRIOR TO PURCHASE!! Once reservations have been made, it can not be changed or cancelled.
payment details:
We accept Paypal, which allows you to use all major credit cards. Please include the name of the person checking in (MUST MATCH PHOTO ID), address, and phone # with all payment. Upon receiving payment your unit will be booked and we will send you a confirmation via email within 2-48 hrs. of receiving payment.  Then simply print that confirmation and take it with you to check-in. Any questions please feel free to ask.  **PLEASE NOTE:  All of our reservations go through RCI (world's largest timeshare exchange company) and so the reservation will be in there reservation system initially.  Most resorts get the uploaded reservations from RCI 1-2 weeks before the check-in date.  At that time, you can call the resort to confirm your reservation and to make any requests that you may have.
