Because this resort is downtown, parking is extremely limited, guests are permitted to use the parking garage located next door at a reduced rate for your entire stay (not per day) so you can take your car in and out of the parking garage as many times as you'd like all day/night long.
There will be a housekeeping fee of that will be charged to you at time of check-out. There are absolutely no other fees associated with this rental.
