    If you are looking to book at Hyatt Ziva Cancun (or other resort listed below for this post), check with me when doing your pricing and before you book!
    BACKGROUND:
    My husband and I are members of a vacation club through Real Club managed by Playa Resorts (playaresorts.com). With this membership, we get a set number of “points” to use toward discounted stay at our member all-inclusive resorts. We don’t use all of our points, and our contract allows us to let others use the membership and get the same members-only discount.
    Our reservation office pulls directly from the resort’s online inventory at Hyatt.com (for Ziva or Zilara) or PlayaResorts.com (for Hilton or Wyndham). We’re discounted from the lowest online pricing (that’s why we bought the membership).
    Dates can be flexible with no blackout dates.  Holiday weeks require a minimum of 5-night stay. You are not required to book a week (7 nights) - it can be more or less nights although the savings are best when 5 nights or more are booked.
    YOUR RESERVATION:
    The reservation is in YOUR name and you pay the reservation amount to the resort membership office.  The vacation club reservation office works directly with the resorts for the booking. For resorts associated with Hyatt, you can see the reservation on the Hyatt website. You do NOT sit in on any resort or membership presentations to use our membership (see pictures). This is truly just a simple reservation, just like booking directly or through a third-party travel site, with no other obligation after payments.
    THE QUOTE/PRICING:
    The grand total quote is the all-inclusive pricing for your room includes food, drinks, taxes and fees (including mine). Please note, the quote does not include airfare, transport to/from airport, or incidentals like excursions, spa or gift shop purchases.
    Rates are dynamic, meaning that they may adjust on a daily, but always are less than the lowest online price.  If you don’t book on the day you receive the quote from me, the rates and availability may change the next day, just like booking online.
    All fees are quoted and paid in US dollars.
    You know ALL cost for this booking in advance for full transparency.  And as mentioned, the grand total always is less than online pricing.

    CANCELLATION:
    Requests for cancellations are processed directly through our membership office and must be made before a 45-day period to your arrival to avoid penalty from the resort.  If before 45 days prior to your arrival, you’ll have three options:
    1) There is full refund, less taxes if cancelled and refund can take 60-120 days.
    2) You can keep a credit on file
    with Real Club for entire amount of what you paid for the original reservation.
    3) You can move your dates to new dates and apply the original amount paid to the new reservation.
    If closer to your arrival and within the 45-days, if there is an emergency, medical issue, or death in family, they are flexible.  They'll allow you to keep the credit of what you paid, and apply 100% as a credit for future travel to same resort, but there is usually not a refund in these situations.

    By listing this auction, I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third
    party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing
    description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.
    NEXT STEPS:
    1) Select one of our member resorts and room that you want to book. Use the Playa Resort website or the Hyatt website2) Send me message via eBAY with the following information:
    • Resort name
    • Exact Dates (can be any length of stay, usually for the savings, a minimum of 3
    nights is required)
    • Number of adults, and if children, their ages at time of travel
    • Room category preference that is available online *** and *** if king or two double queen beds as it states online
    • Email address if you want to be copied on the email that we send to get the quote.  If you require an urgent quote, we can call in the request for quote, rather than sending an email.
    3) We will get you a quote within 48 hours.
    4) If you choose to move forward, I put you in touch with our club reservation office agent for payment.
    5) You pay for my fee, then the reservation office directly (you do not pay eBay or me for the reservation amount).
    CLOSING:
    I have a long list of guests who’ve booked through our membership - first timers always turn into repeat guests.
