A 0 deposit hold for incidentals will be placed on the credit card which will be released after check-out, but nothing will be charged, unless there is a damage to Resort property
All of the units are generally furnished in the same manner as depicted in the pictures
The actual Suites is assigned upon check-in and the views can vary from the photos
All sales are FINAL and non-refundable
Guests are expected to comply with all resort policies. Failure to do so will result in fines and or loss of reservation.
Upon successful payment of listed price:
Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government issued photo ID such as Driving License) of the Guest who is to check in at the Resort (Must be 21 years and older), along with the home & email address, Reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be emailed within 1 business days.
This confirmation letter that we email within 1business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate are sent Only via email.
